You received an email from anna@getlevedence.com and typed the domain into your browser. That's what we hoped you'd do. Below is a plain account of who we are, why we wrote, and how to make it stop.
Levedence is a Europe-based digital risk protection firm — an analyst-led practice for reputation repair and lawful content removal. GDPR-first. Confidential by default. NDAs standard.
We monitor public events: breach disclosures, regulatory filings, enforcement actions, security incidents, court records. These events don't fade — they shape what search engines and, increasingly, what AI assistants say about a company for years. Investors, partners, journalists and regulators now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude about companies before meetings. Unlike Google results, most of that surface is invisible to the company itself.
Traditional ORM reacts. We work upstream — before a filing hardens into the first paragraph an AI assistant recites about you. When something happens that affects a company, we write to the people it concerns.
Each email is composed for a specific event, addressed to a specific person. This is not a mailing list, and you were not one of many. If Anna wrote to you, there is a particular reason tied to your organisation.

Anna handles outreach at Levedence. She reads through the events we track, decides which ones warrant a conversation, and writes to the people involved herself — one email at a time.
There is no autoresponder behind the address. If you replied, she read it. If you have a question about the specific event she wrote to you about, replying is the fastest way to get an answer — usually within a working day, Central European Time.
We do not buy contact lists, scrape private systems, or work from leaked material. Under Article 14 of the GDPR you are entitled to know where the information came from, so — concretely — the events we track are drawn from:
Contact details for outreach come from publicly listed business information — company websites, professional directories, and public corporate registries. You may ask at any time what we hold on you, and request that we delete it. See section /04.

Reply to Anna's email with the word unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message. We remove you immediately and permanently. No form, no confirmation loop, no follow-up.

Written by a person. Read by a person. That's the whole trick.
